Week 11, Day 5: What I Ate

breakfast
coffee w/non-dairy creamer and splenda (1 pt)
low cal english muffin w/PB (2 pts)

lunch
Bumble Bee Tuna Sensations, Spicy Thai Chili w/crackers (6 pts)
Grapefruit (1 pt)
Banana (2 pts)

lame-o lunch. :-( I was planning on going out to lunch today w/my co-worker so I didn't pack a lunch, but she called in sick today so this is what I've scrounged up. I brought the grapefruit and banana for snacking and I had the tuna in my desk drawer.



dinner
Still on the Korean food kick...
2 cups oxtail soup (just the broth)- I have no idea how many points this is, but it would be similar to beef broth. I put it in the fridge overnight so I could easily skim off all the fat
1 cup rice (4 pts)
handful of sliced green onions (0 pt)
kimchi (0 pts)
