Week 10, Day 2: What I ate

breakfast
coffee w/non-dairy creamer and splenda (1 pt)
1/2 serving instant grits w/splenda (1 pt)

lunch
WW baked meat ziti (5 pts)
1 oz baked Lay's (2 pts)
apple (0 pt)



edit: yuck. my apple was all brown and funky inside. :-( I took one bite and threw it away. I feel nauseous. ::::shudder::::

snack
6 wasabi and soy sauce almonds (1 pt)
2 hershey kisses (according to google, 3 kisses is 2 pts... so using my algebra, 2 kisses = 1.33 pts. I'm rounding that down to 1 pt)

dinner
WW baked meat ziti (5 pts) (Can you believe I'm not sick of eating this yet?)

snack
94% fat-free popcorn (1 pt)
1 oz Baked Ruffles (2 pts)

I haven't posted any recent photos of me, so here I am 12 pounds down from when I started. I actually have a waist again and almost all the belly rolls are gone. yay! As I was getting dressed this morning, J said to me,"wow, you actually have a figure again!" Translation: you have a waist and hips!



I used to muffin top over these jeans and now I need to wear a belt to hold them up. I'm still amazed that you can really lose weight by eating less! I really do need to start adding in some exercise though! I need some motivation, please!
