As you can tell by the huge smile on my face, I was super excited. I haven't had Korean BBQ since I started WW!

Our friend, Ray, and all the ban-chan ("ban-chan" is basically little Korean side-dishes or condiments that you eat with your meal. They're mostly picked vegetables).

The ban-chan isn't many points b/c they are mostly just pickled veggies, and the meat slices are very thin, but they are pretty well marbled with fat so I'm sure I was inhaling points left and right. oh well... it was worth it. :-) It was sooo good!! I'll have to only treat myself to Korean BBQ on special occasions... like when I hit the 15 pound mark! :-)
