Weight = 126.6 lbs (in PJs with empty stomach)
whoa! how can it be that I lost weight after all that eating??
Maybe I'm just getting used to how much food I'm supposed to consume (my 18 daily points)that when I consume more than that, I feel like I'm over-eating, when in actuality, I'm not really over-eating?
Or maybe my body is just getting back to how it's supposed to "naturally" be (meaning: how it is if I eat normal portions rather than the double/triple portion sizes I used to eat) so that's why the weight is still coming off?
who knows, but I ain't complaining!!
I have a feeling I'm going to plateau really soon though. I really have to start exercising. I promised a friend of mine that I'd run a 10K with her at the end of March!! eeeek! What was I thinking??? The longest distance I've ever run is a 5K and that was like 10 years ago!!!
It's so hard to get on the treadmill that first time...

I totally understand the "overeating" feeling! I've been doing WW since the end of October, and I've gotten to the point that if I eat more than my daily points, I feel stuffed! I'm now much more conscious of what I'm eating, and feel much better if I stay within my points for the day.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever tried making muffins with a can of pumpkin? They are so good! Take a box of cake mix, I like to use yellow cake mix, and a 15 oz can of pumpkin. Mix those two ingredients, place mix in a muffin tin, and bake for 23 minutes! They are the best 2 point treat! I've started taking them to work for treats, and people don't even know the difference.
yum! I love pumpkin!! Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely try it out!! I can't believe how simple it is! and 2 pts for an entire muffin?? Not too shabby at all! :-)
