I'm amazed at how much my weight can fluctuate in a day. I know that's normal, but I've just never noticed before since I used to never weigh myself! and now that I'm trying to lose weight, every 0.1 pound counts! I guess this is why they tell you not to weigh yourself every day.
Anyway, today is weigh-in day! We haven't had WW meetings at work for the last 2 weeks b/c of the holidays so it's been awhile. I hope I can reach my 10 lb goal!

ok, here I am face-on. Now you can see my true width. And I say "true" loosely since I am looking into one of my notorious "skinny mirrors".

As you can see, I'm a "hip, butt and thighs" girl.

lowfat english muffin with 1/2 T pb (2 pts)

Lean Cuisine (6 pts) I had the beef chow foon. It was yummy! Usually they're just "ok", but this one was good.
1 cup fresh cherries (1 pt)
7 lowfat Triscuits (2 pts)
dinner
Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Simmer Sauce. I also added two big handfuls of baby spinach into the simmer sauce to get an extra serving of veg in (2 pts)
3 oz chicken breast (3 pts)
1/2 cup green beans (0 pts)
1 cup white rice (4 pts)
Total = 21 points (3 flex points)
Project Benji:
Last night Benji was in the mudroom for 20 minutes. He barked and wimpered for about 5 minutes, then stayed quiet. (yay!!) he was super excited when we let him out though.
I still don't know where we'll find a child to help us with homework assignment #2. :::sigh::::
