Week 7, Day 6

nekkid, empty stomach, of course. It's amazing how much my weight can fluctuate day to day.

breakfast

lunch
Lean Cuisine (6 pts)
1 cup fresh cherries (1 pt)
7 lowfat Triscuits (2 pts)
non-fat Jello pudding cup, dark chocolate flavor (1 pt)

dinner
1 serving asian flank steak (6 pts)
salad - mixed greens, baby spinach, cucumbers, carrots, grape tomatoes, garbanzo beans, red beets (1 pt)

Total points= 20 (used 2 flex points)
