Today I weighed in at 126.8 lbs, so I'm down 12.4 lbs since I started. woot woot!!
I lost 1.2 lbs this week... which means I lost the 0.2 I gained last week plus an extra pound. Not too shabby considering I was traveling for 3 of the 7 days and I ate out several times.
Now I'm more sure than ever that 1 serving of Bang Bang Shrimp does not equal 1 shrimp. :-) I'm still avoiding that dish from now on though.
Only 0.6 lbs to go until I hit my 10% target! :-)
